Send us the date, the venue and the guest count. Within 24 hours you get a proposal: which wristband, how many zones, and whether our operator should run it. Every cue is tested in the pre-visualiser first.

Questions

What does an LED wristband cost?

It depends on the number of wristbands, rent or buy, a printed strap or not, our operator or your own, and the distance from Hasselt. Send us your event details and you get a price for your event within 24 hours.

Does it work with our own lighting desk?

Yes. The wristbands run on DMX512, the open standard almost every venue in Europe already uses, and show up as extra channels in your lighting plan. No technician of your own? Our operator prepares the cue sheet and runs the show.

How do guests get one?

At the entrance, next to the ticket scan. The elastic bracelet fits every wrist and goes on in seconds. The nylon strap with its quick-release buckle takes a moment longer and sits tighter. From a few thousand units up, we plan production, charging and hand-out with you in advance.

How far ahead should we book?

That depends on your date and your quantity. Tell us both and we will tell you within 24 hours what is possible.

What if wristbands go missing?

A 5% allowance for lost or damaged wristbands is included in every rental, so you do not have to count every missing band.

Where do you deliver?

From Hasselt to the Benelux and the rest of Europe, and we have an office in New York. For projects further away we agree the logistics before anything ships.

Can we report the sustainability side?

Yes. We tell you how many wristbands went out and how many came back, so you can put the numbers in your own event report.
